This package includes

Menu

  • Your choice of our wonderful menus - choose a level I, II, or III menu - we have hundreds of menu possibilities and will work with you
  • Menu items presented on nice trays and in chafing dishes
  • Buffet station decor includes fabric & props - that YOU get to choose
  • Your choice of two non-alcoholic beverages
  • White china plating
  • Linen napkins in your choice of color

Cakes & Centerpieces

  • Cake allowance - you get a certificate and can design your own cakes - ask for details - use the chocolate fountain in lieu of the grooms cake - cake & fountain allowances
  • We cut and serve your wedding cakes
  • Guest table centerpieces for all of your guest tables - choose from over 40 styles - we provide the vase and candle
  • Two centerpiece upgrades - votives, petals or a mirror around the base of your centerpiece - or choose a table sash

Bar

  • A bar is NOT included in this package, but can be added. If you would like to include a bar - just ask.

DJ Service

  • A professional DJ for up to 4 hours

Personal Coordinator

  • A personal coordinator for your reception - a ceremony coordinator can be added, but is not included in this package

  • Decorated sweetheart table
  • Floor length linens for all the guest tables in your choice of available color
  • A cake table skirted to the floor in your wedding color
  • A beautiful easel is available for your wedding portrait
  • Votive candles on all of the chair rails - room looks like a fairy land - beautiful!

Facility Amenities

  • Seven hours of rental time - two hours for vendor setup - four hours of event time - one hour of teardown
  • All of the tables and chairs for your group size - up to 30 tables & 300 chairs
  • All setup, teardown and cleanup work is done by Chateau staff
  • Five service tables for buffet, cakes, etc. skirted to the floor
  • Reserved seating signs
  • Room decorations include accent lighting & twinkle lights
  • Professional lighting on buffet tables, sweetheart tables, cake tables, etc.
  • An antique flower cart for your gifts
  • A glass topped table for your guest registration book and pen
  • Party lights over the dance floor
  • Paper lanterns strung over the dance floor
  • A huge 23 x 33 ft. dance floor
  • Two coach lanterns with a glass hurricane vase and candles are placed in the entrance way.

About Menu Levels

Level One is a light menu offering of either light hors d'oeuvres or light buffet meal. This offering is not large enough to satisfy a ravenous crowd.

Level Two is a medium sized offering of either hors d'oeuves or a medium sized buffet meal.

Level Three is our most substantial offering of either a large hors d'oeuve menu or a large buffet menu.

Menus Note - We are flexible with the menus. You can change out menu items from any of our menus, but pricing may be adjusted.

Menu Additions - Chef stations, fruit & cheese displays, a chocolate fountain, etc. can be added to any menu or package.
