Bar
- Draft Beer - your choice of domestic brands
- House wine for your guests. Your choice of any combination of white, blush or red wines.
- You can upgrade your wine selection, trade out wine for beer or trade out beer for wine.
- Bar set-ups for all of your bar needs such as disposable cups, ice and cocktail napkins, etc.
- Professional bartenders and all necessary bar personnel. Our bartenders are TABC certified.
Menu
- Your menu - you choose the menu level. Scroll down page for an explanation of menu levels.
- Menu items are presented on silver trays, in pretty baskets, on beautiful stands and in nice chafers. A centerpiece for the buffet table is also included. Your choice of decor and props is included.
- Clear, disposable plating package *Crystal or china available.
- Your menu will be printed on specialty paper - placed at the beginning of the buffet Your choice of two non-alcoholic beverages Coffee served in our samovar with all condiments. Your choice of regular or decaf.
Hall
- Seven hours of rental time - two hours for vendor setup - four hours of event time - one hour of teardown *Additional time is sometimes available.
- White linens furnished for all of your guest tables based upon your package and guest count - the exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
- You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
- We will drape and skirt up to six service tables.
Facility Amenities
- Select beautiful guest table centerpieces from many unique styles. Many of our clients enjoy mixing and matching them. *Centerpiece treatments include ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and flower petals. Centerpiece treatments have an additional cost unless specifically stated in your package.
- Professionally attired servers, who will setup, maintain and service your event.
- Your name on our outside marquee
- Scented candles will be placed in the men and women's restrooms.
- Room decorations include accent lighting & twinkle lights
- An antique flower cart for your gifts
- The DJ will have the complete use of our specialty dance floor lighting. We have fun party lights and even a disco ball. A fog machine is also available.
- Professional lighting on buffet tables, sweetheart tables, cake tables, etc.
- *You can add a personal co-ordinator to direct your reception activities, but this is not included in the package price.

About Menu Levels
Level One is a light menu offering of either light hors d'oeuvres or light buffet meal. This offering is not large enough to satisfy a ravenous crowd.
Level Two is a medium sized offering of either hors d'oeuves or a medium sized buffet meal.
Level Three is our most substantial offering of either a large hors d'oeuve menu or a large buffet menu.
Menus Note - We are flexible with the menus. You can change out menu items from any of our menus, but pricing may be adjusted.
Menu Additions - Chef stations, fruit & cheese displays, a chocolate fountain, etc. can be added to any menu or package.
