Plan your set-up, decorating, event timeline and tear-down

The reception hall rental is for seven hours.

Generally, the first two hours of your rental is reserved for you or your vendors to make deliveries and set-up your event.

Four hours is the amount of time that is normally reserved for the hosting an event. Food service and cake cutting generally occurs during the first two hours of a reception and is followed by approximately two additional hours of dancing and socializing.

As your reception concludes, you will have one hour after your event for cleanup. This will provide your entertainment, florist and family with the opportunity to remove anything that was brought in. DJs and bands in particular, require the most time for vendor tear down.
